• Service significantly different from what was advertised

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Trading losses incurred while using our signals
• Dissatisfaction with signal performance or win rate
• Requests made after 7 days of subscription
• Failure to follow signal instructions correctly
• Issues caused by your broker or trading platform

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at refunds@majoredgefx.com within 7 days of purchase
2. Include your full name and email associated with your account
3. Provide your transaction ID or payment receipt
4. Explain the reason for your refund request

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription.

7. Lifetime Access Plans

Lifetime access plans are non-refundable after the 7-day grace period due to the significant discount provided. Please ensure you are satisfied with our service using a monthly plan before purchasing lifetime access.
